Yoga for Stress and Anxiety: Level 2

Gathering in a comfortable, confidential and healing atmosphere, this group will combine traditional group therapy principles with yoga formatting, focusing on the elements of the mind-body connection, to aid the healing process.  This group will consist of a discussion period and light yoga practice, geared towards decreasing stress and anxiety.  Introductory meditation principles will be used with the yoga practice.  There will be suggested short readings and optional journal assignments between sessions.
