Cardio Pilates

Traditional Pilates is done sitting or lying on a mat, and integrates strength work with stretching and flexibility work.  It's great for sculpting your core (abs, back and glutes), improving posture, releasing muscle tension and building a lean, beautiful body... but not so great for burning calories.  In this class, we'll infuse traditional Pilates moves with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated so you can burn calories AND sculpt yourself from head to toe.  Light weights will also be utilized to add extra arm toning, so you'll leave with a better body and an invigorated glow!
