Everyone wants the body of a dancer: lean arms, flat abs and lifted, sculpted glutes! If there's only one problem - you're not a dancer, then this class is for you! We'll bring the strengthening, lengthening and body boosting exercises of ballet and Pilates to you, and we promise no dance ability or experience is necessary. This fun class will challenge your smaller accessory muscles and balance, which will sculpt your abs, arms and glutes into picture perfect shape, all while helping you stretch out, so you leave feeling great.
This class is designed to be done barefoot to optimize core engagement and lower body strengthening, however you may choose to wear ballet slippers or tennis shoes if you prefer. For safety reasons, wearing only socks is not allowed. Please bring a yoga or other workout mat and water.
