Night of Movement & Yoga (Release Stress and Refocus

Our night self is different from our day self.  Our night self is allowed to come alive with less stress, less baggage from the “real world,” and more willingness to explore.  Come embrace your night self through a combination of tension releasing yoga series and movement exercises.  Release whatever is not serving you, let go of things keeping you stuck in one place and then move into a place of empowerment and possibility.  We’ll allow our bold night selves the freedom to explore movement and invite a refocused intention to fill us through movement exercises and grounding yoga postures.  Fall is a wonderful time to release what we don’t need and invite in positive intentions.  Join us for a night of both release and refocusing. 

 

Please note, time will be given for journaling.  Feel free to bring your own journal and/or writing utensil which is meaningful to you.
