Join Jamie Nelson- Kirby for a slower paced yoga class. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. This is a thorough introduction to the building blocks of a yoga practice. Learn self-awareness through breathing techniques, yoga postures, meditiation and relaxation skills. Those new to yoga, and ongong students will benefit from thesse classes.
