Yin Yoga for a Active Lifestyle

Do you say "I'm not flexible" when you think of yoga. This is for the runners, 
the racers, the cyclists, the swimmers, the boot-camp/gym-junkies, and for 
those of you who just can't quite touch your toes. Over the course of the 
workshop we'll talk about what particular activities increase tension in the 
body, how and where we can use restorative yoga or yoga-inspired stretches 
for injury prevention, recovery, and release. Class will be taught primarily up 
the wall. Please bring a pillow to class, blocks/mats will be provided but are limited.
