Yoga for Stress - 6 Week Workshop

A 6 week session that combines traditional group therapy with yoga. This group meets for 75 minutes each week is geared towards indivduals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, a history of trauma or experiencing a difficult transition. The group will have the opportunity to talk and discuss the identified topic the first part of class, participate in a yoga movement that reflects discussion and then conclude with a group reflection.

The course is taught by Jamie Nelson-Kirby, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Adamantine® Yoga Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher.

EVERY TUESDAY:  July 21st, 2015 - September 1, 2015  (* no class on Aug 11th)

TIME: 5:00PM-6:00PM
