Please note that before taking classes or workshops at Embrace Self Wellness, or receiving massage or ayurvedic wellness services, all adult students and parents/guardians of kids under 18 must agree to our Waiver and Release Agreement. If you intend on registering for any of our classes, workshops, or services, please complete the waiver as well as read our policies and procedures.

Beginner's YOGA

Can be arranged upon request. As a Private or Semi-Private Group Class.

Slower pace. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. This is a thorough introduction to the building blocks of a yoga practice. Learn self-awareness through breathing techniques, yoga postures, meditation and relaxation skills. Those new to yoga, and on gong students will benefit from these classes.

Unwind with a  hour long  guided practice of postures to release stress and tension. This meditative inquiry can induce deep states of relaxation and restoration by eliminating anxiety and stress. Improve your overall well-being and strengthen the nervous system with this balanced group lead sequence.   * All levels welcome
